With many years of dance and gymnastics, Rose joined the BarreCoast team in 2020 eager to become certified in Barre, HIIT, and Boxing. Prior to joining us, she received a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Studies which enabled her to pursue a passion for land conservation, sustainability and local agriculture.
In the fall of 2021, Rose became the new owner of High Tide Juice Co. located right next door to our studios! She hopes to share her appreciation for local food and plant based eating with the community through her new business. Coupled with her love for fitness she strives to stimulate the health and well being of others through education, movement, and fresh healthy foods!
