Nikki Scott is a certified 500 RYT Yoga  Instructor through Intentional Embodiment Yoga School and Jason Crandell Yoga Method. 

Nikki is a retired high school administrator and former physical education teacher. She is a two-time recipient of the Horace Man Crystal Apple Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in teaching. Nikki holds a B.S. in adapted physical education and a M.S. in physical education from the University of Rhode Island. 

Nikki teaches a Vinyasa based yoga class at approximately 70 to 74 degree temperature.  Students move their body starting with a comfortable warmup, standing asana sequencing, balancing, floor work and inversions. The class is designed for all students at any level and offers the opportunity for students to challenge themselves if they want more from the class. 

Music is played that keeps the student focused and calm. This allows students to find their breathe, connect to their body, live in the moment, and quiet their minds. 

Nikki’s class is welcoming, encouraging, and informative perfect for  a new student or distinguished student.
