Same class you know and love, just 10 minutes shorter for our lunch time crew. We'll minimize the warm up, cool down, and mid class stretch. 
 
We will work our muscles isometrically, finding a contraction and holding it throughout variations of moves.

Think small movements, high reps; low impact but high tensity. Light weight, resistance bands, and a handful of other props will intensify your burn. 
Your arms, legs, buns, and core will thank you!
