Your body is designed to be strong, vibrant, and pain-free throughout your life. The Essentrics® Workout considers the changing needs of your body as you age-from strength and posture, to mobility and flexibility. The goal oft the Essentrics® Workout is to create a balanced body so that the strength in your muscles doesn’t inhibit your movement. Your mobility is enhanced by your strength!

By dynamically strengthening and stretching, you will tone while allowing for a full range of motion. Unlock what is tight and strengthen what is weak.

Join us for a 30-minute-deep dive into how Essentrics® rebalances the body and then enjoy a 60-minute full body workout in which you will move, elongate, and strengthen all the muscles chains in the body. You can expect to feel more balanced and move with greater ease, which will assist you with your day-to-day activities and other sports. 

This workout is for every age and fitness level.
