108 Sun Salutation: Welcome Spring!

Join us on Sunday, March 24th as we welcome springtime with our annual 108 Sun Salutations event!
Kicking off with a short breathwork series led by Sara Kimball we will then segue into 108 sun salutations. The salutations will be staggered, allowing short breaks to rest and recover and will culminate with an extra long, relaxing savasana.
Join us as we flow and build connections between mind, body and breath.
Our 108 Sun Salutations flow can be modified to meet any skill level.
