In this 45 minute bootcamp style class, you'll experience a total body workout that incorporates strength and cardio that can be done with or without equipment! 

Each class will have you breathing heavy and dripping sweat. 

Boxing, Boxing Hybrid, HIIT, TRX and Sweat classes are held in the Boxcoast studio located between Pizza Vita and High Tide. Please schedule classes in advance to secure a spot.
