Shoulders: Range and Motion in Yoga

To get more range of motion, you have to work efficiently. Placement matters. In this workshop, we’ll investigate the various arm positions and shoulder blade relationships in common yoga poses. We’ll learn how to build the proper strength and stabilization within the shoulder joint that ultimately allows for the greatest release of tension and range of motion. And we’ll have the time to go deeper into the lengthening of these muscles.
