Outdoor Bootcamp at Winnapaug Farm Preserve
Sweat and move with us for a 1 hour outdoor bootcamp class led by Sarah Rocketto. We will utilize our own body weight and resistance bands to increase intensity.
Bring your yoga mat, another mat or sheet/blanket to place underneath and a bottle of water.
Winnapaug Farm Preserve is located off of Shore Road in Westerly. Take a left off of Shore from Winnaaug Road. You will see the field ahead to your right. Approximately1/4 mile down you will drive through the red gate and park where cars are lining up. You'll a few steps from where class will be held!
