Introduction to Yoga Breathing & Meditation: Becoming Present

This course is a foundational experience of mindfulness. Sara will lead you through Yoga Breathing, a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. Anja will introduced you to the benefits of meditation, a variety of meditation practices, and techniques to stay in the present moment.
